About Us

Pembrokeshire People First (PPF) is a charity run by and for adults with a learning disability and/or autism. Being member led we are governed by the remit of our 480+members. Our members have held a Manifesto day this year giving us our remit to focus on delivering services based on these five themes: ​

• Work and work skills ​
• Social activities and having fun      ​
• Relationships and friendships ​
• Money and cost of living crisis ​
• Raising awareness ​

​There are currently 13 different projects running and delivering on these themes. But essentially, they all do one thing – they create an emotionally safe space where people are included and encouraged to reach their full potential. One of these projects is our Wellbeing group.
