Who
The Dream Team is a group of people from Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire who have learning disabilities or are neurodivergent. They get supported by Our Voice, Our Choice, Carmarthenshire People First and Pembrokeshire People First.
What
The Dream Team helps local councils and the health board give us better support and make better decisions about our lives.
We have produced a Charter for organisations and services to encourage them to become more accessible. We’ve called it The Dream Team Charter.
Why
We think it is important that we all have a say in the decisions that get made in our lives!
We tell services how the choices they make effect our community.
